There are some wallets that store many altcoins, but you'll have fees. And you understand that they can't maintain and develop all altcoin wallet in the same time so , it's better to put your coins in each official wallet for each altcoin.
Your ethereum tokens in myetherwallet, with your eth coins.
Your NEO and your GAS in your NEO wallet... etc
With that even if you are hacked on a wallet, you also don't loose everything

Does anyone know anything about FreeWallet? I wanna try but decided to search for more info first

Never heard of it. What's good about it? I'm using Bitcoin Core, everything is OK, it's quite stable, but the commission is just killing me, to make a transaction, the commission for BTC is $15!

If we are talking about altcoyins, then a good version of MEW. It can store all altkoins etherium. The main thing is not to flush anywhere your private key. If you want to keep altcoyins in longevity, then store them on the native purses of the altcoyins.

All coins you want to hodl for some time you should put on a Nano Ledger. That will keep the coins offline and away from your computer. Extremely saft option for storing your coins. If you have some long time bags of coins you should definitely get yourself a Nano Ledger or a similar wallet.

The best option is hardware wallets, such as Ledger. You are insured from entering a private key on fishing sites. Spyware never grabs your key. It supports many coins and tokens. With him you will sleep peacefully. This is the best choice.

i am interested in investing in all kinds of altcoins.
i understand that it is safer to keep the coins stored in a wallet however it is very hard to find a wallet that keeps many types of coins.

is there a good altcoin wallet that knows to store all types of coins?
should i have multiple wallets for the serious types of coins?

i would like to get some help from your experiance.

i am new to all of this and want to make my first steps safely.

thanks

ben

if you want to store different kind of coins in your wallet it is possible but not all the coins. Because many altcoins are available in the market. Some of the coins only accepted in one wallet. Others should be store different wallet. I prefer paper wallet is more convenient to store your coins. Coinbase and myetherwallet these two wallets are best in the current market.

I use Coinomi and MyEtherWallet to save many altcoin. Actually, I use coinomi on mobile phone because it's very easy to use and can save many altcoin. So, you can use just one Wallet for save your coin. In addition, coinomi can be used by offline. Secondly, I use MyEtherWallet to save altcoin. So far MEW is very safe to use, I use private keys to access MEW. Important to note, for our wallet is safe we need to be careful in storing Private Keys.

No existing wallet allows all altcoins to be stored, exchange however may accomdate these altcoins but exchanges isnt a wallet, and its too risky to store big amounts in exchanges.

The erc20 tokens can be used to try the Imtoken wallet, which is a handy wallet, and other altcoins are used for matching wallets.

I would advise to use the Enjin digital smart wallet if you don't have a hardware wallet.
It's a highly secure wallet for mobile (android for now) compatible with BTC, LTC, ETH and all ERC20 tokens.

It has been made by the Team from Enjin coin. It's really easy to use and the interface is amazing!

My opinion is to keep each coin in its own wallet. I prefer to use these proposed by the developers of the cryptos.
I know this is not convenient but for me, safety comes first.
MyEtherWallet is fine for ERC20 based coins and if you are a holder use a cold wallet. I don't trust the ones offered for many coins unless it is a hardware wallet like ledger or trezor.
So for more safety it would be better to use a hardware wallet.
