All-Star COO Vladimir Gusev Joins Our Team!

Whalesburg is proud to announce a new addition to the team: Vladimir Gusev will be assuming the position of a Chief Operating Officer. Vladimir will be in charge of management at the highest level, which will include operation control, handling Information Technology, Internet and multimedia, production, technology, and vertical integration of people and resources to enable smoother and more efficient work of the platform.
Vladimir’s key strength is over a decade’s worth of close management of individuals and intricate understanding of teamwork.
As we are always looking to enhance user experience, lose the red tape and have you spending less time managing and more time gaining profit, we are proud to present a specialist who has an extensive background in, but not limited to:
1. Managing account managers and project managers,
2. Running a projects office,
3. Supervising multiple IT departments in several branches:
· launch of various projects,
· development strategy,
· budget management,
· business process optimization,
· effectivity audits,
· implementation of automated systems.
Vladimir’s track record is clearly indicative of his exceptional team-organizing skills, which was our top requirement for this position.
Nurlan Abdrassilov, our existing Chief Operating Officer/Solutions Architect, will be staying with us and focusing on the rapidly growing sector of cryptocommunity support and maintenance and audits for crypto-exchanges and observance of our members’ interests.
Because our sphere of influence is growing (and so is the workload) we are strengthening our team with Vladimir, and dedicating Nurlan to a specialized niche so that he can get completely immersed into maintaining the structural integrity of the community’s experience.

· Head of PMO, COO in MVNO (mobile virtual networks, Internet of things, Machine 2 machine, system integration, software development) at Center 2M finance group

· Deputy Director of the Department for International Projects at Megafon
· Strategy Director (Aquafon)
· Head of the Department of Information Systems and Communications at ArcticGas (Gazprom)
· Deputy Director of the IT Department at Mobile TeleSystems (MTS)
· Director of the Department for Network Development and Operation, Technical Director for the Central region at Effortel (Russia)
