I want to point out that I sent cissrawk extra LTC by accident, and he was a great man of honor and integrity and returned the extra LTC.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Being a Hero Member on the forum you should be knowing the rules of the forum.
You should post this in Reputation subforum and if there's any scam report it should be posted in Scam Accusations subforum.
