The freerolls are not password protected , rather they are link protected i.e if you use the link the freerolls will be open to you , this is to prevent users who are not part of btcjack and therefore the field will be smaller giving all players a chance to win ....

I was fortunate to participate in BTCJack's 15mBTC, first freeroll on Jan 11th, at 8:00 pm EST and I placed in the money, (my first win ever) but unfortunately Nitrogen Sports is giving me the run around in regards to receiving my winnings. Maybe you can assist me with my predicament? I got disconnected after I placed in the money and watched the reward get transferred to my anonymous account.... Unfortunately, I had yet to establish my username or email for the account. So, when I reconnected to Nitrogen I couldn't get back into my account. I have been corresponding with Nitrogen support regarding this issue. Today they stated "that there's nothing they can do about it. They cant find my account and there's no real proof of ownership."

Any input or ideas that you may have to help resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.... Or am I just S.O.L?

Hey there, You should check your browser's history and search for the account you played with. Nitrogensports.eu generates an unique url for every new visitor and if you didn't set your user name and password, this might be the only way to access the account given you haven't already cleared the browsing history.

PS. try all the URLs with 'nitrogensports.eu' and hope one of them would give you the access to the account you have your tourney winnings in.

We have contacted nitrogen poker about this and if you created an anonymous account with no username or password then there is no way for them to find the account , on top of that even if they could find it how would they be able to verify that it is actually you.

It is frustrating but it is to ensure security and fairness, and it is generally up to the player to control your own account

Do you not remember any details ? maybe ask them for a screenshot of the freeroll list of winners and drive from there the username and hopefully you might also remember your password.

Again im sorry that this happend but not much can be done without at least the number of the account..
