It should work but I have no idea how to compile C programs myself....  Is there anyone here that might be willing to offer me a little help?

Thanks!

The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

You're really going to have to research this yourself. It might not even work because some of the dependencies for BFGMiner might not even be available for PowerPC architecture. What you'll need to do is download an appropriate version of the Xcode tools from Apple and then start with MacPorts(not sure if this is even available for PPC)

Thank you for the reply.  I found out that the guy I bought the computer from never deleted it so I'm good.  Thank you again for the reply.
