The pump is over and if you do try to see its price chart here https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/raiblocks/historical-data/ you will able to find out it did able to pump out $37 and now the current price is dumping or decreasing to $13 price as of my writing. Not all coins do always increase their prices which you cant really expect that to make money anytime. The risk of losing is always there if you do make a wrong decision to buy in.

Youre welcome and always remember cryptocurrency coins doesn't really have the behavior of rising its price always. There are instances they pump out but after that there are dumps.
