Among all of them I will choose the best three, I think Etherum, ripple and bitcoin cash can be a part of Altcoin that has a good prospect level. But I will choose Etherum as the best, If seen in prospect and also analysis then Etherum always give price stability every time. From 2017 the price of Etherum is always stable and now the price is likely to increase. This is a thing we must choose appropriately, Altcoin's investment selection will be the determinant whether we will gain or even lose.

Got some thoughts. Did some analysis about their upward price potential. I'm not talking about the projects. I think both are great projects with great applications and technology. But from an investment point of view.

nearest competitor: ETH (price: $1222,  max number coins: 96M, marketcap: $118 B).

assumptions: total crypto market triples in next year. ADA can replace ETH.

Upwards potential in price: ETH Marketcap (118B) * 3 (triple total crypto market) / Total number ADA coins = $7,8 price for ADA. (9 times)

Ripple (XRP)
current price: $ 2,37
number coins availableMax : 100B
current marketcap: $92B
nearest competitor: none. Bitcoin as best reference in size. (current price: $12.950,  max number coins: 21 M, Marketcap:$217 B).

assumptions: total crypto market triples in next year.

Upwards potential in price: BTC Marketcap (217B) * 3 (triple total crypto market) / Total number XRP coins = $6,5 price for XRP. (3 times)

Unknown factor: Number of coins the banks need for their activities. This could push the price up. So between 6,5 - 10$

I feel like the market cap on these altcoins is already too high to see the real big gains. Check out Genesis Vision, Iot Chain, SpectreCoin and Genaro Network for some smaller altcoins with room and potential for much higher growth.

To my opinion Etherum and Litecoin will stay the leading altcoins in 2018 too with the good perspective for the future growth.
I don't beleive that Bitcoin Cash will manage to remain its' temporary "glory" that has know and very soon it will fade. Since altocin market is growing all the time it's possibl also that some new succesfull altcoin appears and get the leading position in the market.

2018 will be ethereum year and the year of altcoins and ICOs.
Top alts will be ADA and OKOcoin. Also I give a chance for CANN in case of regulations in US

when i see in the site coinmarketcap.com the ethereum and ripple was wrong. the ethereum was the leading in all altcoin now, it rise up rate is 7.52% while the ripple was drop the price again in rate of 5.45% correct me if i'm wrong, and i think it is the proper lining is ethereum,ripple,bitcoin cash,cardano,NEM,litecoin,stellar, IOTA and the last is dash.

My bets are on Cardano as well. A huge competitor to Ethereum, but let's see what happens once they release their product.

i really agree with your suggestion but you forgot bitcoin. and don't think that ripple will rise a lot more but bitcoin will. its the most important coin.

2017 is the momentum of the growth of the cryptocurrency market. Throughout the year the chicken fire market capitalization cryptocurrency grew by more than 3300 percent, an increase from 16 billion USD to 550 billion USD,In the year 2018 some altcoins that experienced tremendous growth include: Ethereum, Litecoin, Ripple, and Dash. But If you have to choose I think Ethereum has the most stable price.

You have just right on point. Among all these cryptos, my number one  is ethereum. It has proved over sometime now that it is the most stable cryptocurrency in recent time.

I think, after the bitcoin, ethereum and ripple have good potential to reach good prices. And also I think IOTA and Litecoin might bring good profits in 2018.
