The profit is not proportional to the number of workers in the pool or the hashrate of the pool.
The higher the hashrate of the pool, the more frequent it is to find a block, consistent rewards.
The lesser the hashrate of the pool, less frequent is to find a block, a few rewards in a day but big amounts.
At the end, the coins mined will be nearly the same in any case.

So far, I've only used nanopool, spacepool, and zhash.pro.  Have had no issues with payouts, but the zhash.pro pool's front end is supposed to be upgraded soon.  Right now it's super slow.

Ok, I want you to walk back in there and very calmly, very politely tell the risk assessors to fuck off! -Mark Baum
