Few Question About Remove ProxyBan for New Account

Hi I just did Create new Bitcointalk Account for official account of my New Bussiness website.
Then it said should paid some little amount satoshi . I did send the btc to that address . and now my new account allow to post, i pay 0.10 with fee $4 :/

Then My question for Future Problem . is that possible that my account get Proxy Ban again ? or Proxy Ban only for New Account ?
I dont know what is this Proxy Ban . i use the same computer with this account.

You only have to pay the fee if you create a new account on a banned connection. It's a one time fee and you wont have to pay it again. Though if you sign up another account on the same connection you will. Alternatively, just find an IP that isn't banned to create further accounts and you wont have to pay any fees.

ah i see i am understand now i am just prevent if got notice to paid again someday. so its not.
