I’ve seen somewhere that you have your own phone refurbishing brands. What are these brands? And what phones you are working with? New brands?

I guess you are talking about soft cap. There is none. But they are aiming to get at least $7.5 million. |

Your work depends on broken smartphones suppliers. What are you going to do if they dont provide enough phones? You know you gonna lose clients and damage your reputation because of it.

Hi there. It would be much more convenient for the clients to receive USD rather than crypto currency. Perhaps you should leave USD in the turnover of the platform at least for the first time?

why does Galaxy eSolutions claim that they're going to have the longest warranty on the market (3 months?  ). There are some Chinese companies that have the same warranty period. What would you lie about it? Well not 3 months but 13. Yes, Chinese competitors really have only three months warranty and Galaxy believes that it's nothing. More than that some companies makes you pay for the warranty. Galaxy will provide it for free! That’s a suspiciously long warranty. Smells fishy. I guess the quality of refurbishment is going to below or the parts of the phones wont be as good… Man, stop looking for a trap. It's not right. They are going to use verified parts for refurbished smartphones. The refurbishing process will be done with the help of cutting-edge technologies and hardware. Then why warranty period is so long if everything is perfect? Customers will get suspicious. They are doing it for the customers so they won't get worried. what is going to happen if the phone broke during the warranty period? You’ll be offered to get your smart phone repaired for free or change it for a new one from the range of Galaxy eSolutions smart phones. Whether your operation is being internationally are it is only restricted to some specific country. In this case, how can international people get benefits by purchasing the tokens in the crowd sale? Our project will enter the international market, so investors from all the countries will benefit. |

I dont really understand who is targeted audience of this project? I think you can find some clients in China but In Europe people are used to quality products. Not sure Galaxy eSolutions will be popular over there.
Now there’re many consumers in Europe who wants to buy a second phone for work, but dont want to overpay for it. So there will be demand in Europe. |

Well you’re wrong. Nowadays the Europeans are carefully spending money. They are looking for a cheaper price and better quality at the same time. That’s what Galaxy offers. Famous brands offer low quality and high price! Yeah, only few companies do that. But people would rather buy new smartphone vs refurbished one. You never know when it breaks. I think customers will come to Galaxy if a person wanna save up some money and he finds out that Galaxy provides phones refurbished at certified factory with original spare parts. Their phones are as good as new but cheaper. Then why the price is lower if they are as good as new? There’s a number of reasons. First, phones are bought broken at a low price. Secondly, our partner is a large factory that is engaged in the refurbishment of smart phones. |
