Galaxy eSolutions has big plans, but I'm worried that the capacity of the partner-factory is not enough for the proper development of the company. Maybe it is better for the company to change its partner?
At the end of last year, the management reported that it had been selling, like, 200 smartphones a day. The current capacity of the factory is 1,000 units per day. Therefore, there are no prerequisites that the plant will not cope with the company’s volume of output.
Okay, maybe they are doing well now. However, Galaxy has plans to enter the international market. And if they work in most countries of the world, they will sell much more than 1000 smartphones per day. Then the factory will not cope with volumes.
There is information, that the smartphones recovering factory can improve their productivity by several times. So they will gradually increase their volume of work depending on the development of Galaxy eSolutions.
Well, the phrase "increase productivity by several times" is very vague. I would like to know some accurate data.

Actually, Galaxy’s technical documentation states that the partner-factory can improve its performance not by several, but by as many as 20 times! In other words, the volume of their production can potentially rise up to 20,000 smartphones per day.

Wow, that sounds too cool. I wonder what needs to be done to raise the volume of production by 20 times??

I have heard somewhere that the CNS has all the necessary certification to work in this field. But I am a meticulous person in such cases, I want to know the exact numbers of certificates that they have. Does anyone have that information?

I did not understand why the company would not pay the tax for the restoring smartphones? I suppose that there is such a tax in China. Does the company use some illegal schemes, or what?

There’s an interesting point in your technical documentation: “we provide the goods with right relation of price & quality”. What do you mean by the “right relation of the price and quality”?
Perhaps this means that the company’s just offering better relation of price and quality than the competitors. Or maybe the Galaxy eSolutions creators wanted to say anything else using this wording, i dunno…
If you dont know, you shouldn’t be that sure when you’re talking about this. All in all the notion of “right relation of price and quality” means that the company meets customers’ expectations.
Lol very interesting. But every buyer has his own expectations, doesn’t he?
It seems that the specialists have made some researches and determined what the most customers of the refurbished phones expect for. Basing on this, they manage to determine what’s the right relation of price and quality.
In general, do you think that Galaxy eSolutions company’s relation of price and quality is better than the competitors’ one?
Yes, because we work with the smart phone manufactures directly and purchase the components from them. Moreover, the growth of the platform and the increase in turnover will allow to set more profitable prices at components.

The danger for you development is that you can be deprived of the license allowing you to refurbish Apple and Samsung smart phones. Is this possible?
Only theoretically – we will conclude long term agreements with the partner and wont violate anything in the future.

Why dont you consider the large companies like Amazon to be your competitors in the market? They can also start to refurbish and sell the smart phones.
When they decide to start, we’ll provide a lot of readymade products and tale the large share of the market. In addition, due to the location, we can supply the goods at a cheaper price.

Tell me please, what number of days is left until the start of the ICO?
It’ll start pretty soon! It’s a bit less than 2 weeks before it.
Wont it be moved further again?
I guess it wont this time. Everything is ready for the start of the sale of GES tokens!
The date of the start of the sale is the last one. No circumstances that can cause the move of the timeframes are foreseen.

I’ve read in some review that the company has the main advantages in the regard of the chain of supply comparing to the competitors. What advantages were mentioned?
First, we control the process of refurbishment of the smart phones. Secondly, we’re situated close to the manufactures of the components. And third, we’ve already got several ready portals and several o them are being developed now.

Today the e-commerce system is really important for such a company, u dont even have to argue this. Have the Galaxy experts developed it on their own?
Yes, we have our own ERP system which is constantly developing and allows to react to all the changes in the market and interact with the leading delivery services fast.

I’ve heard about it as well. I think it’s not going to support Galaxy eSolutions development.  It’s just a stockholder who is willing to get profit.
