Hi,

I have sent some BTC from cex.io on 02 Jan 2018. But cex.io put low fees and transfered in huge size chain. 32sat/byte. 28 Kbyte. So it is unconfirmed.

I tried to contact with cex.io but they don't reply for a week. It can be a scam issue.

Output is nearly 1,12 BTC and only 0,01285 of it is mine. I tried paid accelerators but it costs nearly $4000-5000. So the problem do not have any solution on my side.

TX ID

057245aeaa668ac047e8333e7a86ae8f93df41d0e0e14267c63a5be7b1ef0b67

Some explorers deleted tx from their mempools. For example.

https://www.blockonomics.co
https://btc.com
https://live.blockcypher.com/
https://blockchair.com/

But some of them still have. For example;

https://www.smartbit.com.au/
blockchain

I m afraid that if cex.io prevents withdrawals. Because there are many comments on internet about this.

Could you please help me about solving this issue?

Thanks alot.

I just checked btc.com which you said had dropped the transaction and it is there https://btc.com/057245aeaa668ac047e8333e7a86ae8f93df41d0e0e14267c63a5be7b1ef0b67
Transactions often drop out of some nodes but are then rebroadcast by other nodes so they reappear.

The fee is actually 0.00040718 BTC/kVB which is unlikely to get confirmed anytime soon. Firstly don't worry about it being an attempt to scam you. That would be a very silly way to try and scam someone as they have no control over whether the transaction gets confirmed or not. Secondly, there isn't anything anyone here can do for you. Only cex.io can resend the transaction with a higher fee.
