No, ethereum network can't refund you even if you have a failed transaction, ive tried that many times but I've not recieved any refund on ethereum just move on you're transaction failed.

You will only lost in your gas but your amount will be refunded again. i give you these examples how a lot of people in competition to put more fees to make their transaction gets high priority than others.

At least you can try to write your txid in here and then i can analyze your transaction. Do you have put the maximum gas price and increase the gas limit?

tried several times with different GAS prices. but all tx failed. dont know why. So sad about Ether delta.  hope to stay away form ED.

You pay the miners to execute the smart contract script whether it fails or not. If you run out of gas, you literally pulled the plug out of a running program mid-execution. Always check  https://ethgasstation.info/ for the right amount of gwei to use.

this is very annoying, the cost for gas has been cut a lot but the transaction failed. many people reset and make bigger gas for their transactions to succeed. but how much gas should we raise?

I think if you failed or you send a wrong eth adress you cannot refund it based on my experience before.

I don't think failed ethereum transaction got refund because once my friends transaction got failed and he didn't got the refund till date.

failed transaction will not be gone your eth or tokens, though thee transaction fees will not be refunded and will be gone forever!
this is for all and not just for you and that is sad for anyone to have the failed transaction mostly reason transferring a lock token to ED!

If the refund that you mean is the gas, then you can't get it back, that's why it's important to check the standar gas price first at ethgasstation before sending any transaction to prevent failed transactions. Sometimes you will save more by paying a bit for the standar gas price rather than have 3 failed transactions .

Try to increase your gas to 80 - 100, I think you used only between 30 - 60 gas. Try to add some. And you will see the result. I know you know that miners will prioritize the higher gas one.

Your gas will never get refunded. One time i have paid $38 for a faild ico transection.
