Heya,
It seems there are quite a few BitCoiners in Switzerland and Zurich specifically. Inspired by Bruce, why don't we organize a meetup?
If you'd be interested in coming together for drinks, talking shop and meeting new people maybe some time in Feb - let's say provisionally Saturday Feb 5th - reply here and let me know. Don't worry if that date doesn't work for you, I'm flexible so let's move it around to try and ensure everyone who wants to can come.
If there is interest I'll post more specific details nearer the time.

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

OK, sounds like there'll be a few of us. How about 4:30pm at the Oliver Twist pub. It's in the city center. I'll send you guys my mobile number and will be wearing a blue top. If I can get a table, I'll mark it by putting a coin down in the middle so you know which one it is |

It wasn't really a formal meeting so there was no specific agenda and nothing to summarize. We discussed all things BitCoin related, such as recent things on the forum, Android clients, setting up a goods exchange and many other topics. Perhaps in future we'll try and organize actual work but for now it was just a fun beerfest.
