Mine is 85 confirmations now and its been 14 hours, just asked the live support again and the answer is still the same with the previous support. Email support also get the same answer without any ETA when it will be fixed. Very unfortunate, I made the deposit just after saw the last post by BTCspin here about the new game.

Its been around 30hours, my last chat with the support agent was a little bit annoying. What she said is that the site do not receive my deposit while in fact my deposit is confirmed. She said that the problem is on my side, she asked me to contact support service of my wallet provider which does not make senses.
Then I made a small deposit again some hours ago to make sure that the problem is on their system. And yeah, my new deposit is not credited to my account too. Finally support agent asked to wait while the issue is brought to their speciallist. I'll give them the 2nd 24 hours to solve it, if there is no good effort from them then I will start a scam accusation as I have a valid proof with my latest small deposit to support my accusation.

Now I can see my deposit on my account's balance. Thanks for working on it although it took around 40 hours.
One suggestion, you should have a better live support agents who knows about bitcoin transaction. The last agent who talked to me is not really understand how blockchain works.
