I cant fully agree with your statement but it is indeed lower compared to other casinos. Seems that they are so worry that there will be many people able to cash out from the bonuses. In fact, most people will lose all the no deposit bonus before completing the rollover requirement unless there are some lucky people like me who could make profit from it some time ago.

I was unable to get any reason(s) from them regarding the delay even after multiple tries. The strange thing is, they were also unable/didn't want to give me a reason for the error as well.

I really hope you're wrong on them having a small bankroll... especially if they prioritise smaller withdrawals (as seen from the others in this thread commenting on a fast withdrawal).

Any player in a similar situation as myself would at the very least expect some honest communication if we had to wait.. didn't want to call them out here on a public forum but I believe one month has been long enough.

Yes the support have been saying that their 'specialists/technical' will do their best to process it asap as they do not have any ability to influence such factors. I have requested to speak to the people in-charge but apparently that is not allowed as well. It's 400 mBTC anyway... sigh. What do you suggest I do?

I have the same problem.
After managing to get a couple of big wins at the end of February I managed to make 2 succesful withdrawals of 125 mBTC and 500 mBTC. After that I requested a 750 mBTC withdrawal on February 27 and it has been pending ever since.

I have contacted the live chat and sent several emails, but the only answer I get is that they will process the withdrawal as soon as possible. They have said the same thing for almost a month now and nothing happens.
