Actually I had biggest winning ever that I ever claimed, here it is. However, there has still been no news aside from live support staff Sebastian sending a 'payment reminder' on my behalf to the finance department. I am doubtful that the reminder would be of any use and grown more weary of the replicated replies as they do not offer any real solution.

I'm sure there are others like me as well... just looking for a reason for the delayed withdrawals (like if there is a funding issue) as user trust personally has declined quite a bit. If there's a large delay across all the user-base, at the very least these players deserve some accountability? It's the very least we could ask for... some update or progress report instead of a seemingly-endless cycle of waiting..

Contacting the live chat or support email is of no use, since they just keep saying things like "we will do our best to proceed with the withdrawal as soon as possible".
