Web-based stats script for a bitcoin full node?

I've recently set up a full node and I'd like to make some stats about the node available on a public web page: bandwidth usage, number of connections, mempool size, and maybe some graphs of that sort of thing over time. Does any know of an existing script or program that could do something like that easily?

For a manual setup, you'd need:

• vnstat(i)
• Bitcoin Ruby - I'm not sure if I used this one: https://github.com/lian/bitcoin-ruby.
• Apache2
• Cronjobs

Easy to set up: No. However, once set up it will probably work nicely for a long time.
