Distributor can ship devices locally (no need to deal with custom) and he can accept payments in Indian rupees. He will be person to go in case of warranty claims and technical support.

I can become such distributor, just want to hear Your opinions first.

The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

If product is available you should become otherwise don't, as in case if they don't deliver product on time, people will just grab your neck.

not the problem to be concern with ASICMINER guys, products will be shipped and delivered. Otherwise, I can refund and use it for mining myself.

Question not about me, but mostly related to doubts, if any business will be generated at all here. So far, as I know no body purchased anything from ASICMINER products here, not counting me.

I hear that people do not have to pay the import tax to India if something is shipped as a gift item. If that is the case, just get someone with US address and have it delivered as a gift cheaper.

For 1-2 boards no import tax, for 20 boards I paid 14000 rupees import tax.

Price for new blades still not available with me. There is no any reason to wait for new blades. It will not be more powerful then old model, it will not be more energy efficient (same chips) and it will be priced nearly same per ghs.

Waiting in such situation is waste of money, as difficulty increase every 10-12 days and less btc can be mined.

@Pinwheel : A friendly advise. don't keep more inventory than required. ASICMINER is slashing prices like anything. The inventory that other resellers were holding is in soup

Always buying and selling btc in bulk.!

new blades can be ordered now for 6 btc. Old blades out of stock.

difference between old and new blades is in over-clocking only. New blades power module does not have variable resistors so voltage canot be changed, but if someone wants he can replace constant resistor with variable and still will be able to overclock new blade to mine at 13ghs.
