Well there is the thread on bct forum, do not have link on the hand, but also you may use one click feature from polaris bios editor, which will put good timings according to your memory type

Basically for Polaris bios modification. 4Gb, Copy strap 1500 to above. 8Gb, Copy strap 1750 to above. But it's only basic, try and error needed here. You can find any info everywhere if you try to find it.
