I sent bitcoin worth $25 from blockchain to bittrex on December 11 2017

i think bittrex cancelled/declined my deposit because i sent with very low fee and it took long time to get confirmed

Once your transaction is included in the block it receives its first confirmation and it’s no longer pending. After another block of transactions is added it will get another confirmation and so on.....

your transaction is still not confirmed that is why bittrex isn't showing your balance yet or credited it to your account. there is no problem on bittrex site, the problem here is the transaction not getting a confirmation and you only paid 1sat per byte, do you seriously expecting it will get confirmed specially now transaction fees are giving bitcoin users headache?
