Problem with HitBTC (my withdraw is not received yet)

Hi,

Anybody has this problem? I did my withdraw in 24 hours ago and I see it is successful in HitBTC but in fact I didnt get any in my wallet (dogecoin).

Did they provide you transaction details?

If not, that means they haven't sent your coins but they accepted your withdrawal request and they take some time to combined many transactions to send together.

I never tried Dogocoins withdrawal but recently my BTC withdrawal they sent only after 24 hours and buddled with many transactions worth over 15 BTC. It took a lot of time to get confirmed.

I got transaction details (ID, date, amount) in my HitBTC panel.
But I didnt get any. I got Dogecoin from 2 different exchanger (coinpayments and changer) yesterday and today, I was takes only 1-2 mins!

Have you tried checking it at the block explorers? If not try pasting the transaction hash at the following explorer's. I'm not sure if this is also applicable to dogecoin but some exchange will just sign the transaction and broadcast it to the network a little later.

If that's the case, The problem lies in your dogecoin's wallet (on where did you sent the withdrawn coins). Can you tell us which wallet are you using? Is it an online wallet or not?

I'm not that knowledgeable when it comes to dogecoins but I'll see what I can do since this thing is also happening in some btc wallets

I have downloaded from dogecoin official site: MultiDoge wallet.

I have downloaded from dogecoin official site: MultiDoge wallet.

First make sure that you have the latest version.

After that try to reset your wallet by going to "Tools" and tapping the "Reset Blockchain and Transactions" Option. I did this and the wallet took a few minutes to sync.
