In third world countries like ours, Bitcoin has been a great help for people, regardless of your status in life, if your graduate or not, you can earn bitcoins and your choice if you want to invest or cash it out. Ordinary people and the powerful/wealthy ones have an equal chance of earning a living or just simply investing in Bitcoin. It has been an avenue where in they can have a better chance of financial freedom.
These are things that really make bitcoin adorable by people all over the world. This is a relief especially for the lower and middle class. These people who are at present engaged with bitcoin are not all from poor class, nor from rich rather there are mixed users of bitcoin.

Bitcoin has been providing equal chances to everyone for making profits with it and living a lavish life since its creation. Poor people are much relieved.

The government is not going to allow it in 3rd world countries. We are fortunate, or at least most of us on this forum are fortunate to live in countries where this is possible. Look at Venezuela. You really think the government putting out a cryptocurrency would help the people? Absolutely not. It's the sad truth

It's too early to talk about third world countries. Not all developed countries are ready to accept cryptocurrency as the official currency. This is a long and painful process. It will be very interesting to observe the development of this sphere.

There's really no benefit in having an official cryptocurrency for a country, regular digital money works much better in that setting anyway. But it's true that in most places cash still is the king, so we still have a very long way to go in order to have even digital money accepted everywhere.

I beg to disagree.
While you may be correct that most third-world countries have insufficiency of internet access and a less-developed technology compared to first world countries, people would exercise all the means in order to alleviate themselves from poverty. This is true to most cases in third-world countries, including India, Philippines, etc. Most people that I know from those countries are knowledgeable about the cryptocurrency world and they share it among their friends. They even hold free corporate meetings and events just to spread the good faith of earning additional income.

For some countries in which very strong inflation, for example, Venezuela or Zimbabwe, bitcoin is a good way to save
their funds and protect them from depreciation.

I think that for this emerging market countries bitcoin has a lot of additional value, because it not only acts as a store of value but also enable users to hedge out some of the political risk in their national currency

The problem with some third-world countries is the underdeveloped technological standards which hinders them from accessing through the internet or having a working computer to begin with. Some third-world countries also follow the barter system of payment and that is why I believe that bitcoin is not for every country YET. Maybe in the future once we develop and advance through globalization, these countries would not be left-out.

What do you think is the future of bitcoin to these kind of countries which is the poor ones ?
Is bitcoin can be useful for the citizens ?
What would be the government's approach to this kind of currency?

As a citizen to a third world country, I personally think that the future of bitcoin in our country is somehow good. And yes, bitcoin is useful for the citizens in our country. Like me, a bitcoiner who is also currently a student, it helps me to have a little extra money, and when the year passed by, maybe my rank gets higher and have more bitcoin.  As the government's approach, that's why my answer in your first question is "somehow good" is because our country is PLANNING to legalize bitcoin. And also, make them as an alternative method of payment. But, as of now, there is no assurance that they will legalize btc. So, let's hope for the better. Smiley
If more of the people in the 3rd world countries had access to a Computer then they would benefit more with Bitcoin. BC is helping people little by little.

If you had asked this question before this dip,my answer would had been different as then all things were going good and the approach of government would had been different but right now the situation is very uncertain and not in favor of bitcoin. Many powerful governments are against it and I don't think governments of poor countries will take such big risk of going against these powerful nations. If i speak of advantages  of bitcoin to the citizen of poor country,i don't think there would be any advantage as this will make rich more rich and poor more poor.Poor will not have basic internet facility and they can't cash in these opportunity while rich will have all the facility and with that they will become more rich.

First of all 3rd world countries are the countries which cannot provide proper facilities like internet and stuff. So people using bitcoin in such countries can be a very remote possibility. I don't think bitcoin can reach them or anyway, bitcoin can help boost their growth and development and above that many countries have started to put a stop on BTC which will cause thi]ese nations to back away from bitcoins.

Look what the 3rd world nations have done to Bitcoin. The government action in India was primarily responsible for the dip in the exchange rates, from $12,000 per coin to around $7,000 per coin. And this is happening despite good news from the first world nations such as Japan and the United States.

The future is uncertain, there are many opinion about cryptocurrency in here, some are pros and some are cons.
It is useful as investment. Many people start to invest like other investor, but with small amount because they can't afford too much in this cryptocurrency business.
In my country, government turn a blind eye about using crypto, though they warn citizen that government will not take responsibility for the risk that come from indulging yourself with crypto.

I don't think there is any scope for bitcoin these poor countires,as it works on some technology called internet. But people living in these kinds of countries doesn't even have proper food and shelter. If at all they have this but the internet prices were soo high that not many people could afford. There are many other serious reason to look for the government than to pay their attention on bitcoin.

A lot of truly third world countries have people basically living off of subsistence farming - people who have never left their home town/village - people who don't own a computer, smartphone, or have the internet. Not only would this idea be entirely foreign to them, I don't know if its wise transitioning people off of their minimally functional existence to a currency system subject to such wild swings of volatility. A person who is barely surviving can't afford to possibly have their wealth cut in half due to sudden market fluctuation. Having peer to peer encrypted currency is probably very low on their priority list.

Although 3rd world countries are developing and poor countries but Bitcoin and all other cryptocurrency are very well known in here. But people in these countries often don't know much ways to earn cryptocurrency and the main way they know is investing in lending system. LOL. It's the main reason why Bitconnect and all other lending coins can survive for a long time before scammed. Beside these countries government still don't have any law to cryptocurrency so in here cryptocurrency is still taken advantage to commit guilty like tax evade or money laundering.

The future of bitcoin that belong in the third world country which is poorer one especially in the country of africa,i thinks its soo doom, because this kind of community is away from technology, no internet connection, and less knowledge about bitcoin.user or people in this place is lack of interest in bitcoin, they cannot used bitcoin, because  of no internet and  my prediction there government also of there country, want to use this bitcoin for the progress of there economy, but due to behind in technology they only dreams this digital currency will operate soon in there mother land to help the progress of there economy.

Very short-sighted answer, 'blockchain technology' as you call it, does not magically remove poverty from the world or a country.
It could be used to give people some form of basic income, but it all depends on how it's implemented.

If countries would use some form of blockchain based cryptocurrency, you can be pretty sure that it's just going to be the perfect way to monitor people's transactions on a grand scale.

of course it is useful for them.
the obvious thing is the profit that they are getting from investing in bitcoin. you can see how big bitcoin has grown and continues to get and that is helpful for people who want to invest their money in something easily and make a lot of money.

and apart from that if the fees come down like the last 9 years, bitcoin as a currency has a lot of usage for them to purchase stuff from the internet and even get big discounts for it.

What would be the government's approach to this kind of currency?
just because a country is considered under developed, their government approach doesn't have to be different.
governments has the same approach for bitcoin as they see to positivity on this one, since this means ofit to help their people.i dont seeny valid reason for them to have a different outlook..

Bitcoin would be not necessarily need for daily use in 3rd wor countries since they have that broad access to internet and high valued gadgets are hard to owns,so what bitcoin can help them is the market, either trading or holding

I dont yet understand what the meaning of 3rd world country.  Can someone tell me?
Bitcoin will not really help in such kind of country because they will not have fully internet access. And maybe only the citizen who rich have access to computer and the other not.

Governments of the third world countries must support Bitcoin. Considering that these are poor countries, they must encourage their people to invest in cryptocurrencies so that they may be able to help them in their financial needs and also in their economy. They also must provide right information to their people regarding Bitcoin.

Unfortunately most of them denying the existence of bitcoin for the reason of bitcoin could disrupting their economic stability, if the government encourage all their people to invest into cryptocurrencies and all of them doing so and then suddenly the price drops can you imagine what will happen? a crisis, yeah, all the things you will do have the consequence. It's not about helping financial needs, bitcoin is now becoming speculative tool and definitely not a good thing to go all in.
