Coinbase transfer to exchange

Hey guys,

Does Coinbase hate certain exchange or does not want people to transfer their fund to?
Do they know where the address belongs to? Does coinbase block people for transfering btc?

Nope, you can move freely and withdraws out of coinbase is free.  They pay the miner fees.
Some exchanges will charge a 0.001 withdraw fee.
