This is great but I have not heard any official news from telegram itself just been seeing it on social media and news channels even the major telegram channel @telegram with more than 1million members haven't posted any news yet on this. Another question we should ask is if there's an official website for the ICO??

It seems the way its all going every established service providers would have their own coins to their name and they would no longer want to focus on the primary reason why they are in business. The next we want to see is Discord, Slack, WhatsApp, BBM and a whole of other chat message app out there to have their own coin. This is just more confusion in my own opinion because its really not adding anything new to what we already have. If they want more capital to increase their business, they should sell shares and be held accountable. 3.5 Billion USD is a whole lot of money.

I think it makes sense since so many crypto communities are using telegram as the platform. I think it is much safer than other platforms out there. I get some of my signals from the group but so many people want to be paid for signals now even though they "borrow" signals from others.

That is one hell of a large number if ever they will really continue this.

Maybe they have seen how much groups have been created that had connections with crypto currencies.
Since they are known specially in this forum it will be easy for them to get a good amount but the number told here is not that easy.
They should be looking to make it a little lower or they will  not hit that hard cap.

I think it's a good idea because because this year almost giant companies announced that they're going to develop their own cryptocurrency in order to maximize their services and effectiveness. Making their own cryptocurrency will give them profit through coins because their phone App is free to use but their revenue will be from cryptocurrency.
I think they should make as soon as possible because time is gold.
