You just can't.
You need either the private keys or access to a wallet that in not protected by a password. Seed phrases/security phrases of some 3rd party wallets which are not protected by the passwords too may help.

It is impossible to get his bitcoin after his death unless you know his private key. I do not know any way to reach someone's private key . Maybe, other people out there can make it happen.

No one can get his bitcoin...it will still in the circulation same as lost private keys. Share your private keys to your direct families and educate them so they can use in case something happens to the owner. |

I think you can do nothing to open it without the password because password is the key to open the lock account.

You cannot get money from his account without private key. Before someone's passing away, you must learn their private key. Otherwise, you will never get this money or btc. |

You just cannot claim the money. Bitcoin can only be accessed via the private key n password. Without that, you are where you are. Nothing else.

There is no way to have to have it if you dont have private keys, but if you know or somehow have capability to access his phone you might have it usually people do encode their accounts on their phones.
But wait why exactly you wanted to have something that is not yours?

And no you can't get the money from he/shes account. Well obviously no one can usw that .7 something in his wallet since he took his password and pins with him underground. Probably best to just give up and forget about it. |

There is no way you will be able to get access to the account and it is indeed one hell of lose because it going to sit in that account forever that's why to prevent any thing like this we must put measures in place to leave our bitcoins to thise we want. |
