So this coin doesn't have a white paper yet? Is this like standard procedure to set up a MN operation with no whitepaper or am I missing something? Yes I've read the roadmap and seen the "this project isn't dead" posts.  I see no pinned messages with development status, updates or anything. Please correct me if I'm wrong. Would love to invest

Why I’m bullish on CBS and why I’ve been increasing my stake (i.e. averaging down) whilst the price is currently low.

1.   Good Devs. I’ve had other MN coins and NONE have been easier to set up than CBS.  I attribute this to the excellent work the Devs have done with the CBS install script and guide which gives me confidence that the Devs can deliver future success.

2.   High MN % Returns.  Most MN coins only have 50% MN returns. CBS starts at 50% but increases to 75% where it remains until all coins are mined/minted.  This ensures profitability is high/er when more MN’s come online. This makes it fairer to future investors and should improve future demand, and thus value.

3.   Excellent Profitability. When you actually calculate profitability, very few MN coins come close. Assuming someone purchases a MN (i.e. 1000 CBS) on 1/3/2018, I estimate that within 12 months they’ll have 5,229 CBS, which increases to 19,450 CBS after 4 years (assuming no coins are sold and new MNs are setup).  It doesn’t take a genius to imagine the profitability, particularly if the value of CBS also increases. Heck, even if the price falls CBS will still be profitable long term.   Obliviously, profitability is dependent on the total number of MNs online. That said, I believe I’ve been quite conservative with my estimated number of MNs online (consider that DASH only have 4,600 MNs in total whereas I estimate 11,204 MNs after 4 years).  For more info see https://postimg.org/image/c8a1cas37

4.   The current price is simply a reflection of overall market sentiment. You could argue that CBS has dropped significantly more than BTC these past 2 weeks, but given the age of the coin (i.e. 30 days) you would expect more volatility than BTC, particularly when you consider the low liquidity.

I personally believe that long term CBS will deliver profits to investors however, don’t take my work for it; do the math yourself.  If anyone wants to interrogate my inputs and assumptions, please send me a private message and I’ll send you my profitability spreadsheet.

Long story short, ignore the FUD.

Sure, but of course as a MN operator - you would say all that wouldn't you? FUD is your enemy. I have never had a MN but I am considering buying into a CBS one..

Thing is, I would have to sell a couple of ETH to do it and I really want to HODL my ETH!

Man it's hard to gamble successfully isn't it? All the guesswork and faith involved gives me plenty of my own FUD.

Crypto currency enthusiast and miner since 2015. Mined approx 200 ETH during 2016 and 2017 and sold it at approximately $US40 each. Then I watched it reach $1000+ each. If anyone bothers to read this stuff pay attention to this: HODL HODL HODL HODL HODL HODL

I started mining with 1 AMD 7950 and 1 R9-280X. Then I gradually built my AMD operation into 12 R9-290s. Awesome ETH hash but ridiculous power consumption and heat. Over the last year I defected to the Nvidia team. I now use GTX 1070s. They were expensive to buy (probably a bargain now) but awesome hash rate vs. power consumption. blah blah blah blah

Downloading the wallet gives a zip file with three exes. None seem to do anything other than open and close a command window. Is this the wallet or am I missing something?

Are you using correct IP address? You are setting it up on your own network (PC) if so is firewall allowed and is port forwarding enabled on your router?

What do you mean by "joint node"??..Your mean that you want to join in Masternode?? If so, you must have 1000 CBS coins

Sharing Masternod Service

I use Blazyy Masternode service.  He has provided awesome service.  He currently is looking to fill a new CBS Masternode.  Go to his Discord channel to sign up.  You simply send the coins to his CBS address specified on the channel, then post the Transaction ID and post your CBS address that you want to receive your daily payments.

Hi Guy,

I'm new here and want to contribute to this project.
I see a lot of technical questions here and have one from my self.
Now I don't think this is the right place to place you technical questions?
So where could we place our tech questions?

regards,
T
