There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.
Advertised sites are not endorsed by the Bitcoin Forum. They may be unsafe, untrustworthy, or illegal in your jurisdiction.

Your safest bet is to buy directly from Bitmain.

If you sent an email to Bitmain, don't expect a response within the next 60 days.  You may never get a response ... Lol.  But if you buy hardware from them, it will show up.  They are legit, but they don't have good customer service.

For all we know you could be the creators of those website yourself, trying to promote them and help them with SEO results. Why would you post from a newly created account anyway?

They don't answer email.  You need to submit a ticket.  And since you're not inquiring about buying 100K worth of equipment, they probably won't respond at all.  If you get a response in a few months, you'll be one of the lucky ones.  This doesn't mean that Bitmain doesn't deliver.  They are just poor on the customer service side, because they can be.  They are the biggest.  They don't give a fuck about your small time mining operation that you're trying to build.  Why should they?  Do some fucking research dude.

This has been warned about several times. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO BUY ANY MINING GEAR EXCEPT FROM THE OFFICIAL SITES.
A month or two ago, I came across a guy here who paid about $25,000 on a fake website thinking that it's the real shop and of course ended up with nothing except a very bad day/week/month/year.

Bitmain is already overbooked. This doesn't mean that you should ever trust your money with some random guy or "company" on the internet ? Only buy from legit official websites and make sure several times that you ARE on the real one as thieves and assholes create a ton of similar domain names with one or two letters different to trick you and many poor newbies into thinking they're legit.

EDIT: What the hell are you talking about ? If Bitmain itself is a scam because it's not responding to your emails, please turn off your pc and never get on the internet again before educating yourself about anything.

The best thing to do  is to carry out your own personal investigation about the mining machine site.

Well,

I ordered an S9 on Jan 8th and my order is still pending. I didn't pay $120 extra for Express delivery though.

I am not defending them, but here's what's on their website.

"REFUNDS

All purchases are final. Request for refund will not be honored by us. We advise you to make any payment only after careful consideration. In the case that we fail to ship out your order, we will contact you for refund.  Generally, refund will be in USD with the USD amount of your order amount instead of the BTC amount, considering USD is a fixed amount, not a variable like BTC."

I hope they will contact me for refund if won't deliver my S9.

If you ordered a S9 directly from Bitmain on Jan 8th, you probably won't get it until March.  They do give estimated batch ship dates on their site, which you probably didn't bother to read.  And no, they won't give you a refund.  Are you fucking crazy, man?  Did you read any of the hundreds of pages in the S9 thread on this forum?  Do you have any idea what the fuck you are doing?  I guess you didn't bother to read their refund policy before you placed the order either?  WTF is wrong with you?
