i think its time to mention this website here on the general bitcoin discussion
http://www.cryptocoincharts.info is a charting website for cryptocoins. it started as a small litecoin charts website and added all the new altcoins very fast. in the end we also now have BTC charts from btc-e, mtgox, vircurex and others.

the main discussion thread is located in the altcoin section:
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=126796.0

but i think there should be also a place in the main bitcoin section. cryptocoincharts is trying to be a charting website for all crypto currencies and planning some new features as you can see in version 2
http://www.cryptocoincharts.info/v2

lets discuss the website from a "bitcoin only" traders view Wink

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

Hi,
Very good idea, to aggregate all charts in one place.

The things what i missed on the site:

1. Charts organised by Trade platform, for instance after click on BTC-E i expected to see all currency pair charts what are traded there. (but now it linked to website).

2. Highlites of most popular  pairs and exchanges by trading volume. BTC, LTC, and 4-5 most popular currencies, not all shitty coins at one page. I'd like to know what other currencies have high volume.

3. In general it is good you track all possible pairs for future, but at the moment it doesn't make sense if volume on some is around 1 btc.
It would be nice of you pre-select several most popular pairs and exchanges by volume on some separate tab.
