Estou a ter problemas com a alfandega/DHL relativamente aos certificados de conformidade.

Encomendei asics L21 da bw.com e não tem os tais certificados e não consigo falar com eles.

Alguém ja importou deles ou sabe onde arranjar estes certificados?

É o fabricante ou importador que tem de obter esses certificados junto de uma entidade que os possa gerar...

Solicita isso ao fabricante!
