KuCoin RPX promotion reliability

Dear bitcointalkers,

How is your experience with KuCoin and their promotions, do they come through with the prize money in the end?

Currently they have a promotion that seems interesting to pursue: https://www.kucoin.com/#/ranks/RPX. But I'm reading about some unhappy contesters in the past, i.e. https://www.reddit.com/r/kucoin/comments/7oj1h0/kucoin_promotion_prize_missing/. What do you guys think?

I'm using KuCoin as my main exchange and took part in 4 promotions so far and I always received my prices.

Just keep in mind that all exchanges are struggling with their servers lately due to the run up on them and for KuCoin there is no difference. So it my occur that payouts take longer than normal.
