Well, if there is only Vibe token in your MEW, it will be very easy. Just using your MEW and transfer the token to exchange wallet.
And you can sell your coin, change your wallet into a new wallet. Using metamask in your browser extension is recommended.

We should always double check the site that we are accessing. There are many phishing sites that really looks myetherwallet.com so we should really careful if we will open our wallet. We should bookmark the site of myetherwallet.com for us to not access phishing sites.

MEW is the safest website at the moment. You should not judge its safety since you can easily use it. Since the operation until now, I have never had a security problem with MEW, and so have my friends. Everything is great and easy to use anywhere

thas's your luck , much people already hacked their assets in myether wallet.but for current time there is no more news about MEW.and personally i am prefer using mycrypto that in my opinion more secure than MEW.

Yes if you bookmarked it and have used Metacert you will always land in the right MEW sites, if you still have doubts why not use MyCrypto desktop version or Metamask they are safer than Myetherwallet, I have tried it and tested both applications reliable.

As long as you're not giving your private keys to other people and visit the correct url of MEW's website then you're fine. Make sure to bookmark the real mew's website. The phising site may have the same exact look but the url must be different from the real MEW's site.

I added MEW to my chromes extension, and still double check to ensure the link has not been edited by anyone. Although, I prefer using Metamask, since it's safer, and it has already been added to my extension and once login, It shows my wallet wallet, which am familiar with.

Some unsolicited advise, don't put much funds on extension based wallets, browser extensions can get updated automatically.
