Yobit ETH withdrawal

Hi guys,
So, i've tried to withdrawal ETH from yobit to an other wallet.
The process seem to be stuck, I keep seeing the confirmation as 0/30.
Is my ETH lost? can I do something?
I feel frustrated, any help would be really appreciated.

Unfortunately it looks like you're not alone in this issue. A lot of other users in Scam Accusations are reporting that they are unable to receive withdrawals. It isn't just an issue with you account.

Seems it is not just yobit. Many accusations with a number of sites.
