It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

It will not expire. You can try an accelerator, I read viabtc does 100 per hour for free

When users have an advertisement in the signature space of their posts (such as in the case of user newinbtc), there is a VERY GOOD chance that they have no knowledge and are just pasting nonsense that they found in other discussions without any effort to determine if they are giving good advice or horrible advice. They do this because the advertiser pays them per post, so the more posts they can create, the more they will get paid.  This means they are very focussed on creating as many posts as they can in as short an amount of time as possible.  They have no incentive to spend time actually reading and understanding what is being said, or verifying what they are repeating.

As such, on this forum, it is generally good advice to ignore nearly EVERYONE that has an advertisement in the signature space.

I am not sure the point of your message , are you trying to state the obvious or trolling?
1- I am well aware I made a mistake in my calculation when I added the fees
2- I am trying to find a way to fix it... somehow, looking for advice or solutions that WORK
3- I tried those "paid" services to accelerate the transaction and clearly they are scams because 5 days later nothing happened, not 20m or 2 hour or 2 days. seems bullshit.

thanks for your help

An acceleration service is probably your best bet - they charge a fee and there is no guarantee but the concept is sound; all miners want is the fee so if an accelerator company is legitimately partnered with pools, and sends them your transaction, then when that block gets mined your transaction will be confirmed.
