Hi

Do you have any idea about prediction/forecast in mining difficulty regarding script cryptocoins. Is it still reasonable to make a miner with GPU?
or just don't bother and try to get bitcoin miners till they'll become unprofitable

Bitcoinminers are mostly already unprofitable if you don't have them yet ... Any device you buy will most likely not make any ROI.

Scrypt is still doable by GPUs, no FPGAs or ASICs which are soon to be released.

I would not say "no chance for ROI", instead its gamble, if received soon enough then profit, and if it is delayed then probably loose
