Hello

I do not know if this is the right place to post this topic, if not, please forward it where it belongs, thank you!!

Yesterday and before that time I logged on Cryptopia by pin code. Yesterday I decided to change it into Google Authenticator code but since then I can't even log on to my account. When I'm typing Google Authenticator code, there is written ''invalid code''. Actually it's not invalid.

Could you help me to solve this problem?

Thanks in advance!!

Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

Do you use Google Authenticator only for Cryptopia or you use it for other applications too? If you use it for more than one application make shure that you enter right code.

If that didn't solve your problem try resetting password, or contact Cryptopia support.

Sometime it may be an error in Cryptopia. If it is an error in Cryptopia, then you can't do anything instead of submit a ticket for Cryptopia Support. Otherwise it may be an error in your Google Authenticator app. Try to sync time in Google Authenticator app. You can do through apps settings. (Settings > Time correction for codes > Sync Now )  Wink
