They appear confirmed, but the transaction with the scam address is "unspent".
Confirmed means that the transactions are now a permanent part of the Bitcoin Blockchain. There is nothing that can be done to change them.
Unspent means that the thief still has the bitcoins. They haven't spent them anywhere else yet.
Is there any chance I can get the btc back?
Realistically, no.
Technically, if you can find a way to locate the thief you might be able to ask him nicely to send the bitcoins back to you. You might also be able to hit him over the head with a baseball bat until he agrees to send them back to you. However, there isn't any good way to identify the thief unless you know who wrote and supplied the malware to your computer, or if he happens to do something stupid (like spend the bitcoins later at a publicly known address)
Being a cospicuous amount for me, i offer a reward to be dealt with who can help me fix this.
A reward isn't going to make this any more likely to be successful.
