Gox lost my coins?

It's been 12 days since I transferred some of my BTC from my Gox address to another wallet of mine. So far nothing appears on the blockchain for either the transaction has supplied by Gox or for the recepient address.

Gox are giving me the usual 'we're looking into it response' but so far my money simply seems to have been swallowed by Gox with no resolution. Is anyone experiencing anything similar and if so is there a better resolution than simply going through their terrible support network?

Only 4.0 btc. Not a huge amount I realise but a considerable wedge to my poor self right now.
