Hello everyone, for a long time this story really made me depressed about my life and decisions. It took me quite a long time to get over it but when I finally did, I see now that it was a learning experience and that maybe it just was not meant to be. Anyway, I hope you all enjoy my story and if you have a similar experience to mine, I would love to hear it! Link : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4iR3blJw2co

You said it yourself in the video. Your 14y/o self would have sold the Bitcoins before now. I have my own stories of where I lost big, as well. I'm talking about potential billions tens or hundreds of millions. Most recently, looking at the prices of XRB (RaiBlocks), I kick myself in the ass. I had over 50,000 XRB sitting in my wallet, and I ended up selling them for Bitcoin (when it was around $2,000 per) because I didn't want to spend fiat cash to get Bitcoin. If I would have been less lazy and just went with my usual method of buying Bitcoin, I would have easily held on to the XRB, which would have been worth over $1,500,000 USD today. ETH. same story. DASH. same story. SIA. same story. I should teach myself how to hodl better lol. But thanks for sharing your story, and I know it's hard to deal with instances like this, but hey, that's life. And keep remembering that you more-than-likely would have sold it long before this current point. Keep on keepin on, and great video! I like how you ended it on a positive note

We've all been there. I was mining BTC by the thousands back in 2011. And by the hundreds in 2012. Heck, I was still making full BTCs every other day when bitcoin was Worth hundreds. Then MtGox's bubble came, I needed money (I'd spent a LOT on mining, not really profiting). Sold plenty, lost plenty. Kept the millionth part on a cold wallet, and stopped after Gox and ButterflyLabs fiascos had me down in the dumps, and I was getting more involved at work so I had less time. concentrate on career.
today, that career wasn't for me, and BTC would've been the better investment. but, it's still a wonderful opportunity space, and there is plenty to take out. Regret is something no bitcoiner can afford to feel.

Maybe I'm old but I like short and snappy videos... all the same, I took the time to reach the part where the title makes sense. Don't worry there. You're still a student and you've already gained something else. Invaluable lessons at such a young age. Makes me envious really! 50 BTC for a game item eh? I've had similar stories only at the end of 2016, when people offered me "shitcoins" because they couldn't or didn't want to pay in Bitcoin. I did small jobs as a freelancer then. I accepted some. Some turned out to be quite valuable later on. My very slight regret is only that I didn't get into it earlier, even though I read up and was capable. We all had our regrets. I might one day regret having to sell 2.5 BTC for 2500 dollars (I should be regretting it now but heh). Good luck with your live streaming! You said it yourself in the video. I like how you ended it on a positive note Hey you, I dumped out over 100 XRB during spring cleaning last year. Deliberately. I felt it was a reminder of my faucet hunting early days and wanted to spend less time doing low quality stuff. Sure, it's only $3k today, but that's a lot of money where I come from. Be good, Joe!

Not only would you have been a millionaire and it irks you but that 50 bitcoin could have been turned into 1000 and bitcoin could be worth 1 million one day. Don't view it that way but damn that is some opportunity missed.

A lot could have been had they just help on to their Bitcoin (including me). It's something to be salty about indeed, but we need to move on and look for other opportunities at the same time.

Yeah that its true, Some of us have the same experiences thru other types of coins and which the worst are very ironic like you keep on holding but it suddenly it crash and never rise up then this scenario of afraid of losing the investment then panic selling it in which not knowing in the end it will make you a millionaire. Too ironic

I could have been both bitcoin and ETH millionaire because when I joined crypto market, the bitcoin price was just 450 usd and ETH was under developing phase. So if I have bought ETH at the initial price as per my financial capability, I would have been a millionaire by now for sure.
But I don't really regret this because it was simply not written in my fate. So I have moved on and started working for it. With a day job in hand and coupled with my bitcoin earning, I am living a comfortable life by God's grace.

Sad story. There's so many people with similar stories though yours stand out. Whatever the case is, there's still a window. BTC is that window and you won't regret it. Nice video

Hello everyone, for a long time this story really made me depressed about my life and decisions.
Hey, I've bought a laptop one year ago for more than 0.6 BTC. I've sold my raiblocks and I felt happy to get rid of them before the exchange closed its doors. There's that famous saying of Daeneris in Game of Thrones: "If I look back, I am lost". Concentrate on the future, life is full of opportunities, especially in crypto world.I didn't watch the movie, I don't like clickbait links.

Concentrate on the future, life is full of opportunities, especially in crypto world.I didn't watch the movie, I don't like clickbait links. That's partially the reason why it was so easy for me to sell the raiblocks when I did, as well. There were only two exchanges selling them at the time, and because of the scammy nature of how they were "mined" (collected from bot-infested faucets), I never expected the end of the distribution phase to actually materialize into what it has now. Rather than wanting to keep them in my wallet, I moved the coins over to Bitgrail, and just hodled them until one day I needed some bitcoin. I made a couple thousand bucks on the deal, so I wasn't too devastated, but it sure wasn't the $1.5mil I would have made today ha

Unfourtunately the majority of us lost the chance to get millions with an inch. But remember that every time there will be opportunities in life and if we learn from mistakes that`s prepares us more for being a millionaire.
