I am not really familiar with electronic currencies and have used it only once and lost all my money.

I purchased an item using Bitcoin through CoinPayments, manged to get my wallet setup, transfer money several times
from paypal, got enough in my wallet on my computer, and paid. The charge was for USD $149.00 but I had to pay
alot more by transferring to Virowox and changing through several different currencies to get to BitCoin with a "fee"
for every change. You can't just change dollars to BitCoin apparently.

Now I understand if the vendor is a cheat and didn't send me the item and that fees are charged so people can make
money doing the exchange but what bugs me is that the bitcoin was taken out of my wallet but I never got a purchase
confirmation or payment confirmation email from CoinPayments and now 2 months later I can't even find a record of
my purchase when I login to CoinPayments.

Something is horribly wrong with this story. Trying to complain is no use, they have no page to submit a complaint for
this kind of issue, they just state they are not responsible and do not issue refunds, etc. Also vendor ratings seem to
be generated automatically after 31 days so this vendor has 100% and I have to way to complain to discredit the vendor.

At this point I would never use virtual currencies again, John
