Hey everyone just put together my latest rig build video, took a crack at the 1050 TI's because well . . they are one of the only GPU's that you can currently get your hands on. . . Total click bait here but are they a sweet card even to this day or are they a massive bust?!

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Awesome. Good quality videos and particularly interesting content for miners as usual. Thanks Vosk! I was actually hoping you'd do a video on the 1050 TIs. I might just build a 13-GPU rig with this for myself.

Would it be possible for you to constantly update this thread for any issues that may arise? I'm thinking the rig is new and issues may become more apparent as time passes.

I did some research, the conclusion is 1050Tis are absolutely the worst.. Sorry... Here's my graph on Equihash mining Hush.
I also tried to price match to see the actual difference.
Please note, these calculations are based on my electricty prices and local card prices (0.15$ kW/hour)

Each card :
| GPU     | Price   | Sol/s | $/Day | Break even |
| 1080ti  | 957$  | 720   | 9.77$  | 105 Days   |
| 1070ti  | 652$  | 515   | 6.97$  | 100 Days   |
| 1060-6 | 395$  | 340   | 4.60$  | 93 Days    |
| 1060-3 | 297$  | 305   | 3.97$  | 79 Days    |
| 1050ti  | 218$  | 144   | 1.87$  | 128 Days   |

Price match :
| GPU         | Price   | Sol/s  | $/Day  | Profit after 4 months |
| 2x1080ti  | 1950$ | 1440  | 19.54$ | 472$  |
| 3x1070ti  | 1956$ | 1545  | 20.91$ | 636$  |
| 5x1060-6 | 1975$ | 1700  | 23$      | 877$  |
| 7x1060-3 | 2079$ | 2135  | 27.79$ | 1366$ |
| 9x1050ti  | 1962$ | 1296  | 16.83$ | 124$  |

I definitely could, the rig is actually Corbin's who was the other guy in the video but I could ask him to check in here regularly otherwise I could pass through some results

Thanks though man really appreciate it glad I could make something worth watching Cheesy Honestly I was surprised / impressed with their performance and in this market theyre a nice option!

Question is. . which 1050 TI do you intend to pickup!?

also i got a PM about this if anyone else is wondering / its shown in the video briefly but this is where the m2 adapters go into the 2x m.2 slots so it can become an 8 gpu capable mobo

We hit a stable ~180 sols if you watch the video and paid ~$175 for the card w/ a solid sol/w efficiency @ his elec rate of .12c kwh

Aha, now things are looking a bit better for the 1050Ti, I didn't notice 180 Sol/s but nice.
I still think for now, the quickest ROI card is 1060 3gb that can ROI itself and the base rig.
1080Ti/1070Ti if you wanna save space and $/pcie but still.
Building many 1060 3gb will sure be something I plan to do since the profitability on it is very nice.
Also Hush was booming lately, I remember hearing you say you were mining it, for me I mined 200 Hush the past few months and the price rise really pushed me forward.
What do you think?

Personally the 1070 TI are my favorites, followed by 1080 TI for density, but best bang for buck seemed to be the 3gbs esp because last month you could still get them 180-220 I got most of mine @ 200 or below

I'm limited by space & power and everything needs to be efficient, but I try to make builds that fit different peoples goals and budgets

Why are you only getting 250 Sols? I get 305 without OC on my EVGA SSC 1060 3GB, on my ROG STRIX 1060 6GB, 340 Sol/s?
I see you are using EVGA ones but could be brand or I got lucky on cards? No clue, anyway thanks and have a nice day, I will show my new rig once I build it with 1060 3gbs.

Respect for the vid dude! You got me all emotional with this.. my first ever mining cards were 3 x zotac mini 1050 ti`s. Still hashing happily Smiley

edit: 1060 3gb seem like the best option for now if you do not intend to mine eth with them. Plenty of cpu intensive algos out there to turn a good profit with nvidia. if you wanna go 1050 ti, asus expedition is a great choice - two ball bearing fans that will impact longevity quite nicely.

I was referring to prices so 180 220 dollars for the 3gb, they hash happily around 300 sols Cheesy
