I just tried to buy my first altcoin, and completely failed. (Coss.io error?)

I had no problem buying 0.3 ETH from GDAX and transferring it to Coss.io. But when I tried to exchange that ETH for HGT, the buy button wouldn't work. I tried limit orders... I tried market orders... I tried allowing the system to pre-fill the numbers for me... I tried refreshing... but I could not execute an order. Anyone else had this problem? (I was using Google Chrome).

I then switched to Microsoft Edge, but it wouldn't allow me to login to Coss. I then switched to Firefox, but it wouldn't allow me to login to Coss.

Also concerning was the fact that when I used their HGT/ETH prefill button, it would originally tell me that I could get about 4 HGT for 0.3 ETH. Yikes. (It would only work correctly after I refreshed the page).

So... is Coss.io problematic?

And is there an easier way for me to get HGT, without paying a fortune?

Please understand that coss.io is currently on it's early beta stage, so some problems are to be expected and yet to be fixed.

You can also buy HGT via HitBTC[1], and EtherDelta[2]; if Coss isn't working well for you currently.

Thanks.  I've heard some bad things about EtherDelta lately.  And honestly, I'm not sure if HitBTC is any better -- weren't they having some problems awhile back?

HitBTC please dont :/ i have transferred by 200k sia coins there almost 2 weeks ago still they have not credited my coins and they are not even answering to my emails :/ I was reading around many other people are going through the same issue . I dont know why these exchanges are doing this to their customers

Mind showing us your deposit's transaction ID? Are you sure you sent your SC to the right address?
