Case fans do help a lot if your room is not overheated. You can simulate the effect by leaving the case open and blowing your run of the mill desk fan into the computer. If that makes any difference then case fans will absolutely improve the situation greatly. Of course if your room is inadequately ventilated you are just pushing more hot air around. Do not do this long term, it leads to insane amounts of dust buildup in the rig.

I run 8 of the same sapphire 5830s oced to 950 and with fans at 80% they run at about 90-95 degrees on a hot day in my garage. Except for the cards on the end of the mobo that get fresh air. I run 2 high cfm 120mm fans setting directly on top of the cards and don't even bother with a case.  They key is to make sure all of your mining gear is going in a room you can't hear or feel the heat from. Smiley

lol this is so true i keep my rig in a spare bedroom so i dont hear /sweat from all the heat lol

I would advise against crossfire bridge, heard about more issues using that than it fixing things...  dummy plugs would be the better way to go IMO.

Yup the 68ohm's work great and can be picked up at radio shack for close to a dollar for 5 ea.
