Hello everybody , i have a problem on my blockchain. When i want to send btc or sell btc on a atm, they wont transact and they put me a message error: mempool min fee not met ,code=-26. I also have 2 transaction i have receive the money but the confirmation are 0/3 maybe its that indon’t know please help me!

min transaction fee that what I assume what you said the error was.  Huh (im no pro)

Maybe the server the atm is connected to is having a problem. Do you have another method of trying to send? You don't have much control over things if your using an ATM especially with errors.
