Overclocking Nvidia 1080ti on Eth0S?

Hi,
I was wondering if someone could shed some light on to overclocking 1080ti, im trying with this config but im only get 2.4mh while reading it should be getting at 3.1mh?

Sorry for offtopic, don't want to make a new one, but what power supply will I need for 4x1080ti aorus? I've read lots of different opinions and found that at maximum power 1080ti needs ~250-300W, so I assume 1500W is going to be enough?

I think you need to increase the powertune a bit. This is my config:

With this I am getting about 3.2 MH per card.
