"Bitplastic" which was the only Bitcoin debit card by which users could withdraw money from ATMs has closed down.

Visa has closed down Bitpay debit card.

Its hard to run debit cards for your bitcoins because of the nature of the currency, its understandable mate.

This is just as expected and understandable in my opinion. There are a lot of things going at the background whenever we convert bitcoins to cash (especially alternate coins before converting it to bitcoin). It was  a sad news but a lot of people was expecting it. Bitplastic has done a great job and a brave attempt to try something new. Providing convenience was never easy yet they still manage to try/ Maybe they can do it again in the future. Who knows. Its just not their time yet.  Hopefully, another debit card will come up in our country. Excited for 2018 :-)
