Hello there,

I am very new to this community. I am working on launching a project using Provenance Blockchain technology. I have heard that Hyperledger Sawtooth is a good platform to work with when it comes to Provenance. Is Hyperledger a premissioned blockchain, can regular public access the lineage of the product ? What are your opinion ? Thanks

Is Hyperledger a premissioned blockchain

Hyperledger Fabric enables its users to create their private instance of a  permissioned blockchain and unlike in the Ethereum and Bitcoin platform, in a private, permissioned blockchain, not everyone has access to transaction data validation and verification, but only those nodes that have been granted special rights by an issuing authority.

Only permissioned nodes have access to the lineage of the product!
