Hello,

My ETH transactions that sent to Binance have not gone through and I'll randomly see it pending then disappear when I'm on the MEW.  The gas limit was 21000 but not sure if that was correct.

Any help would be great, thanks.

I'm starting to think I didn't send enough gas?  I didn't send it offline where that is the only place where I can see the gas price.

This is the wrong section to ask, but since the mod will move it to the correct section, I'll answer.

Check https://ethgasstation.info for the recommended gas price.

Check etherscan.io with your transaction ID to see the gas you paid.
If the gas you paid was too low, you can either wait for however long it takes to confirm, or replace the transaction by following this guide: https://myetherwallet.github.io/knowledge-base/transactions/check-status-of-ethereum-transaction.html

Could you post the transaction id here? And also besides the gas limit, what amount of gwei did you put?  I use a total of about 0.002 eth for my transactions and it gets completed within minutes.

somehow the ethereum network has been very slow lately, and I've set the gwei and gas to be bigger, but the transaction still fails. what is happening to the ethereum right now?

I'm not sure, but I increased the gas limit and sent to coinbase and it worked(instantly), def not enough gas the first time.

This can be a remedy to those transactions that are taking too long before the ETH network confirming it. If you find trouble and it was a very long time of wait then just increase the gas.

The same thing is happening to the network with bitcoin, there's a congestion and it means there are too many users who are transacting from time to time and it can't handle quickly just like before.

But I don't know why you guys are experiencing this, when I sent ETH to an exchange yesterday no problem found and everything went smoothly.
