...I have the right to deny your work if the outcome is very poor quality.
No you don't!
Whether you like it or not if someone has spent their hours building something for you, you do not have the right to just deny that work based on your whims. I understand as a buyer you want the best that your money can buy, but that clause is just not fair.
Screen your freelancers carefully, check their previous work and put your money in escrow. But once you hire someone, ethically you should not back away from paying them. Even legally, you wouldn't be able to do that if you hired an agency irl.
Kindly reconsider your stance.

Nope, there are so many bogus freelancers out there. He has the right to revise its work base on what I prefer in the first place. And I'm not intending to backing away because payment will be held on the escrow. Besides that, tell me a person that pays for a product with poor quality eh? I'm looking for a professional person and this job can't be done by just an hour only. If you are not familiar on construction business, revision always happens.
I'm telling this to protect me too. What will gonna happened if he submits his poor quality work and not open for revision? Will I still pay him?
