An even best way to poached an egg
1.Crack your egg into a bowl or onto a saucer. ...
2.Bring a pan of water filled at least 5cm deep to a simmer. ...
3.Tip the egg into the pan. ...
4.Cook for 2 minutes then turn off the heat and leave the pan for 8-10 minutes.
5.Lift the egg out with a slotted spoon and drain it on kitchen paper.

keep the distance between one egg with another egg, not too many eggs in one time because it can cause the eggs to compete with each other so that the skin may crack and the egg whites will come out, to be able to beautiful egg texture do not boil too long ie boiled in the period 15 minutes.

the way I do to get the perfect boiled egg result is:
put the egg in a pan that I add a pinch of salt to the eggs more easily peeled, then I add 1 teaspoon of vinegar in boiled water so the eggs are not easy to crack, Boil the eggs over medium heat to position the egg yolk in the middle, so it looks more beautiful. and the last step I did was to soak the eggs stew in cold water for about 10 minutes then I peeled.

Buy an egg poaching pan. It's like a normal pan with a metal plate on top. The plate's got holes in it to fit little cups into. You crack an egg into each little cup, fill the pan with water, then boil it.

Heat water to a bare simmer: Fill a saucepan with a couple inches of water. Crack egg into a small bowl and gently slip it into the water: Working with the eggs one at a time, crack the egg into a small bowl or cup. dont make it hard just  make it easy Cheesy

In addition to all the tips above, use very fresh eggs.  Older eggs do not poach as successfully.
However older eggs are better for hard boiling.  Go figure!
